Design Marketing Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Rod Barton as Regional Director of Sales. Our phenomenal growth is enabling us to bolster our strategic team, and we believe that Rod’s arrival signals the beginning of a new era for the company. Rod brings with him a strong background in Sales and Executive Management experience. He will be working to enlarge Design Marketing’s client base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

Barton graduated from Acadia University in 1984 with a degree in Business Management, with a focus on Business Management and Finance. After graduation, he worked exclusively in the Financial and Sales Management industry. For the past few years he has been the active Business Development Director of Loan Depot Canada. “Rod has years of professional selling experience and solid knowledge of the financial industry and its verticals. He also has a good mind for tactical and strategic work - that’s a big part of what Design Marketing does, and I’m delighted to have him here with us,” said Mario Zamfir, President and CEO of Design Marketing Group.

Mr. Barton will assume his position beginning March 1, 2009.
